The Haven Development has over 24 years of experience in residential and commercial
building, land development, and real estate sales with an emphasis on residential homes. Our
team has worked with eight jurisdictions regarding land use and building, experienced in pre-
application conferences, preliminary plat approval hearings, Clark County board hearings, and
strongly versed in the Growth Management Act with a thorough understanding of the
requirements of working within those regulations.

Terry Wollam

Growing up on job sites, Terry has been a critical part of Southwest Washington’s new construction and land development growth for the last 24 years. He has served on multiple land use & development boards and received numerous accolades, and is currently on the Development, Engineering and Advisory Board for Clark County. Terry participated in the development and planning approval of over 1500 lots in Clark County. His extensive knowledge of land use, construction, and planning has yielded tremendous results for partners and investors.
